48 states within the contiguous United States

Delivery restrictions or additional shipping fees may apply to certain areas.

2. Order Processing Time

Under normal circumstances:

Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing time. Processing times may be longer during peak periods.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Regular areas within the United States: 3–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–15 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, logistics companies, or force majeure events.

5. Large Furniture Delivery

For large furniture items such as TV Cabinet and Wardrobe:

7. Responsibility for Receiving Goods

Quantity of goods for accuracy

Any obvious damage to the product during transport

8. Delivery Failure and Return
